2026 Portal QBs

if what was reported was true about him not wanting to transfer because he didnt want to hurt his legacy at bama, then changing his mind and transferring to Tennessee would do about as much harm to his bama legacy as possible (and of course, bama plays tennessee next season.). hopefully IF he decides to take the big paycheck for another year of college that this plays into his decision.
He has a legacy at Bama? I don't buy that story at all. He is a footnote at best in Bama's broader program story.

Exactly. Indiana doesn't/didn't have an issue getting their QB and a lot of other talent during this window.
You have to look at the difference in the situations. Miami had to manage their blue chip roster in terms of not taking a guy and having talented young guys transfer out or already having significant amount of nil money committed to on the roster etc. whereas Indiana doesn’t really have a blue chip roster so they would be more willing to take more transfers quickly.

When discussing QBs that shouldn’t matter. Carson is off to the league. Emory is who he is and Judd will never play here. Luke is a freshman. Land your guy and do it fast. Hope we are cooking some secret potion behind the scenes

I’m just saying in general in regards to the over arching theme point people tried to say even though we are in the middle of a playoff run for the first time ever that we weren’t doing enough in the portal
