Both Emory and Judd Anderson were horrendous take for a program with championships aspirations. I don’t think anyone can dispute this.

Emory made it to the Elite 11, if I remember correctly. A lot of people thought he’d develop into a solid college quarterback. Judd, on the other hand, I see your point.

I think Beck is a good College QB (who's now playing behind a stellar OLine) and a non-starter as an NFL QB - but he's leagues better than Williams.

I agree that you don't need Cam Ward back there every year, but you need someone that can hit the open man on every level of the D.
