5 mill for them or ~1M for Bailey? And stack the DL again. I feel like those two are the only you spend big for. And even then, Leavitt has the injury. I’d be negotiating that Sellers needs Miami more than Miami needs him in regards to pricing.

I thought he would for sure follow him to OKS.

I like Mestemaker. @90scane and I were in him hard (pause in every way possible) early on.

But I would take Heintschel over him, especially with his proven P4 resume if we were to go down that path.

I was in on Mest but not no more… Heintschel hasn’t proven he is a quick decision guy. Actually quite a slow read. I think it has to be Levitt and as early as possible. I want one beefy WR… anything close to Louisville’s WR1. We also need 2 OL in my opinion. Work that angle hard and quick. Gonna need 1 LB 1 safety and 1 DE and 1 DT.

What makes Mendoza special is his ability to quickly process information and make the appropriate decision.

Not to mention he has a very good arm and crazy accuracy to go with his mobility to be dangerous there when needed.

I think Heintschel will get there. He already has the other three tools.

Ability to quickly process & Accuracy are pivotal. Heintschel is a nice young QB, but assume Pitt is deeply invested. Picky maybe, but needs to break habit of spinning left when escaping pocket pressure.

Bailey isn't going to be that cheap. He wants to get PAID. There will not be any kind of home town discount either.

Definitely take with a grain of salt but gives some sort of context/baseline.. The number might be inflated but the rankings work and cfb QBs are definitely getting paid across the country..

Isn't Leavitt coming off a lisfranc foot injury too. So dude isnt even gna be ready for spring ball...id prefer to go with a healthy option. Sellers is still intriguing to me

Honestly Leavitt is dropping a bit for me. He really didn’t have a good year this yr imo. And the injury.

Mestemaker and Sorsby. I don’t think OKSt can match an offer we’d make. It’s just about if he wants to follow Morris. BUT maybe the Cam Ward connection could help with Dawson already having showed the possibility for similar move.
