Only thing I can think of is teams are going to heavier sets, which is making a nickel less important

ALL the safeties have been falling signficantly. NFL views Scott as a Nickel and having to play safety too. And he's old. That's always been the knock

And the teams that would most love him are like Texans and Seahawks. But they have their guys in those roles.
