2026 NFL Draft Thread

Top 5 CB Rankings:

1. Mansoor Delane
- Hands down the absolute best pure cover corner in the draft. The best press man technician who combines elite footwork, with elite athleticism & high IQ. Lockdown Corner. Has the cleanest tape in the draft. There's 2 years of him playing nearly flawless coverage on film.
Comp: Devon Witherspoon

2. Aveion Terrell
- Elite technically sound Cover Corner. Aggressive in Press Man & has the best one-hand jam stirring technique in the whole draft. Top tier hip fluidity. High Football pedigree & similarly to Delane, received excellent tutelage & teaching from one of the best CB's coaches in CFB. Not a 6ft'er, but not a problem, he can cover perfectly fine as a Boundary Corner. His arm length is exceptional for his size & frame, which allows him to maintain his agressive & physical playstyle even against bigger WR's
Comp: Trent McDuffie

3. Jermod McCoy
- Prototype size, speed & athletic ability. Terrific Ball skills, with great recovery speed on Deep breaking routes. He was a gambler in coverage & could do so quite often because of his natural athletic ability allowed for him to take more chances. Really good speed-turn in phase on deep routes. Obviously the knee injury isn't what you want, but that can be cleaned up with a good surgeon. Still a 1st round talent.
Comp: Trevon Diggs

4. Colton Hood
- Has all the physical traits & tools to be an immediate contributor. Very aggressive in Coverage, sometimes a little too aggressive. Is mostly a Press Man Corner, but whichever team that drafts him will figure out how to get him to utilize his traits in Off coverage. Probably has the highest upside from an athletic standpoint amongst the CB group. Plays in front of his feet sometimes, but has quick-twitch reactionary skills that keeps him alive in routes even when he's beat.
Comp: Tyson Campbell

5. D'Angelo Ponds
- Mighty Mouse; Small Corner with elite speed & coverage ability. His plays with extremely quick feet staying square inside the WR's chest. This allows for him to always have great positioning even against taller WR's. Despite the inclination to immediately move him to Nickel, he can play Ouside & be perfectly fine, especially in Off coverage. His lack of ideal height/size actually gives him an advantage being able to watch the QB's eyes, while using great close out speed to disrupt passes at the top of routes. 1st round talent, that likely slides to the 2nd.
Comp: Faster Mike Sainstril
Hey what about Safeties and the rest of your rankings list.

Raiders need WR, DT, and DB. Boston is only guy I'd consider in early 2nd. I'd consider Stribling in 3rd or moving up to late 2nd for him.

But DT it's either McDonald or Miller for me.

But the value is DB for Raiders.

I think ideally we move down and still get DT or DB. McNeil Warren at S or Hood seem like nice options. Man too bad Darien Porter is nothing but an elite athlete and i doubt ever contributes.

Because I watch the Ravens...

All LaChoke does is lose & turn the ball over when it matters most.

I'll take a winner, over a perennial loser any day.

I’ll always respect your opinions, and while Jackson holds some responsibility, I will die on the hill that Flowers and Mark Andrew’s cost the ravens at least two Super Bowl appearances. This is coming from someone that enjoys hating on the ravens.

Underrated aspect of this comparison, is you gotta be a bad mf to compare yourself to mike Tyson. Like even a ton of first rounders wouldn’t have that self-belief to do so.

Oh man, I was so ****ed the Dolphins did what they did I didn’t even realize Howell didn’t go lol
As a Bills fan, I approve of the Dolphins being a horrible franchise😆
Honestly the moment the Bills drafted Allen I was a borderline convert, I absolutely loved that dude coming out of Wyoming.

Then the Dolphins drafted Tua the next year and I stopped wasting my Sundays and just hope they’ll give me a reason to care again.

Tonight… did not help.

The thing that separates good QB's from great QB's, is they don't allow for weak ancillary players to get in their way.

Once you start blaming role players for a Superstar's failure, you're entering into Excuseland.

Mark Andrews didn't cost us anything. The reason why we were losing that game in the fist place is because

The QB is the LEADER.

If your leader plays his worst games in the most critical moments, when it's playoff time, then he's not much of a leader.

Lamar is James Harden.

Useless regular season stats, playoff Choke artist.
