6’2 200lbs 5-star WR out of STL, goes to St. Louis University

Had a great Sophomore season with 32rec 636yds & 9TD’s receiving, 214yds & 4TD’s rushing, plus 213yds & 1TD in Kickoffs.

Is an ELITE high caliber prototype X/Field WR, is terrific route technician with great hands. He has textbook releases off the line with quick feet in his set up moves while having a smooth long stride running gait. He displays great physicality in his upper body creating separation at the top of his routes while getting depth & stacking DB’s on the backend getting in & out of breaks. He showed great stemming ability when running Corner & Post routes & suddenness in his footwork when making quick cuts & shifting as a ball carrier in the open field when playing RB & as KR. He’s an advanced level route runner being to able to properly run Digs, Posts, Curls & Comebacks, which means he’ll be able to play as a TF where he goes because he’s not just running 9 routes all day.

Has really great speed, especially for a 6’2 200lbs kid;
Had good 100m times of 10.89, 10.97 & reportedly ran a 10.64 earlier this year

Outstanding work LCE! Thank you for your continued great work. This kid looks like a great prospect. Need our coaches to get on this outstanding athlete in hurry.

He’s a kid that @Unique & @Geo305 have mentioned before.

I would guess that the usual suspects of OH ST, Bama, Mizzou, Notre Dame would obviously have the best shot at him, but Gattis has history recruiting in the region & landing high ranked Missouri/Illinois kids at Michigan, so maybe we have a shot.

Although recruiting Midwest kids to Michigan is a lot easier than getting them to Miami, Jeff Thomas notwithstanding.

Either way, he’s arguably the best WR in the Nation for the 24 class & we’re throwing our hat in the ring.

Mizzou should have a pretty good WR room with Burden, Wayne and Cooper

National recruiting is refreshing, now we need some of these young goons to commit.

Great insight as to the type of receivers coach Gattis would like to see in his WR room based on the WR offers that are going out. LCE we appreciate your work 👊🏿.

I used to think Chicago and STL were basketball cities, but looking at the prospects they've produced the last several years, there is some real talent in those metro areas
When I think of Chicago and St. Louis I think Baseball.

They still are Basketball heavy regions, mostly all of the great WR’s that are coming from there play BBall too.

But overall, it’s just a high talent region altogether, because they’re producing elite Football & Basketball players.

I’ll ask my source about him. I saw that we offered but Being at SLUH which is an all boys Catholic school like DeSmet, CBC, Vianney, Chaminade, etc, the pull to the Big 10 and Notre Dame is usually strong for SLUH players that get attention. He’s definitely a burner that still has to refine some of his wr skills. Similar to his brother Ronnie back in the day at RB, he has been a known in the city since little league for track and football of course. Both were/are ATHLETES playing an offensive position, so refining is still needed. He’s not as good as Luther Burden but he can be on par with Jameson Williams.

Rightfully deserves to be ranked ahead of Trader and Smith. That 100 time is silly for a kid that big and young.

Gotta have a QB to get the ball to em tho and that’s the problem right now. And Cooper has been underwhelming so far there. Him not playing his senior season might’ve hurt him more than transferring in order to graduate early helped.

Film is important. Must evaluate if he is physically advanced (but not a done deal) as opposed to being maxed out and simply dominating lesser athletes.

Initial look at his frame suggests continued room for development.

Intriguing prospect here. Also appears technically gifted at his stage.

Want.
