This is the biggest issue on the roster to me right now.

I dont see ANY of these guys being P5 starting caliber linebackers.

If Mauigoa goes down, we're in trouble.

I feel the exact opposite. IMO this is the room that has been transformed in the most positive way from when Mario got here. They’re just young.

Also, a lot of teams would be in trouble if their leading tackler starting middle linebacker went down. I love how this room looks, though. By mid-season we’re all going to be telling people we have a nationally competitive group of backers on this roster.

I believe this is the position that gets hit the hardest in the Spring transfer portal window.

I could see two guys from that group leaving as they give way to the more talented younger guys.
