2023 NFL Combine & Miami Pro Day

He’s way more athletically gifted than JaMarcus Russell & has better arm talent.

Richardson’s biggest issue in the NFL will just be diagnosing coverages, but every other tool necessary to be successful in the league is there.

It’ll come down to what team he gets drafted to; he can have a Jalen Hurts type trajectory if he goes to the right place.
They did an entire segment on Richardson and throwing the football was discussed last. He is the biggest boom or bust by far but the bust seems 100 times more likely.

About to steal money.
Idk. Seems like a perfect replacement for Lamar if he goes to the fighting Dan Snyders if you ask me.

PS: Lamar to DC is a prank…

But in all seriousness if you’re looking to run that type of O then Richardson is a fit. Asking him to be a traditional QB will be a disaster.

How can you be an average NFL starter if you're a backup?
NFL teams don't settle for average QBs anymore, they want franchise QBs. When he was with the Bears he was average, 72 Total TDs 37INTs and a 29-21 record but it still wasn't good enough.

He’s a really good thrower of the football, he has an absolute cannon, his issue is footwork mechanics & decision making. Which can be Coached up in the right system. He’s a guy that with a few seasons of development when the game slows down for him he can be a good QB.

He’s not a day 1 starter type IMO, but his athletic ability & physical tools are unquestionable.

He’ll bust if he gets drafted to a team that doesn’t have any weapons & has to put everything on his shoulders, but if he goes mid-late round to a well established team that has pieces in place & a smart Front Office, he can be a good solid starter in the NFL.

You have Anthony Richardson run an offense similar to Lamar’s and he’s a pro bowler

Again, you force him to be a traditional QB and you’re guaranteeing yourself failure.

He's going Top 10.

I think Bryce has a chance to be good. Outside of him I'd be terrified to draft a QB. Whoever drafts Levis and Richardson will be unemployed in 3 years. They're acting like Richardson is a WR or LB. He barely completed half of his throws in college. Nothing else matters.
He’s also had injuries. He’s not the most durable guy

You were one of the few on the Richardson train from the beginning. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Malik Willis type fall but that guy is screams JaMarcus Russell.
JaMarcus was a better college QB as well.

These are fairly important in the NFL. He also seems like a guy that may need that Kyler Murray study clause in his contract.
