2022 DE Shemar Stewart receives offer

We kept “these types” home this cycle. If we want to get back where we belong, it cant be a flash in the pan type deal. So much in our favor with this kid, we can’t blow this.

.....let me know who I need to wire my cash contribution to.

I’ve known Shemar since 13U ball with North Miami Sundevils, Miami has known about him since his Freshman year in HS when he blew up with 15TFL’s as a standup rusher.

He played at Pace with James Williams, Divaad Wilson, Jahmar Brown Jaheim Joseph & the 22 Safety Semaj Flagg, all the others transferred to other schools, JW went to AH & Western, Divaad went to MNW, Jahmar went to STA & Semaj went to BTW. Even Lights Out Keyone Jenkins Miami Central’s QB who just lead them to a State title was an 8th grader at pace before he went to CC his Freshman year & just recently central for this year.

Our in with Shemar will be DVD who’s a Pace alum & is still tied in pretty tight with the staff their even though Zaccheo is retired, he’s still good with Perez’s staff. Myself & others have already relayed the message to DVD that the staff needs to lean heavy on former players & a kid like JW to get Shemar to see Miami is the place to be. Obviously, we use Rousseau & Phillips being possible 1st rounders heavy in his recruitment, but I recommended we lean heavy on Major 9 Chad Thomas too, because aside from doing it in Football he can show Shemar that you can be successful outside of football as well while still playing at Miami & make a career for yourself, plus he can get just about any rapper he’s a fan of on the line for a on the spot FaceTime call, whether it’s Rozay or Rod Wave or whoever.

It will be a long marathon battle, but Miami has a real shot, it just comes down to how hard we’re willing to go to get him.
It's gotta be cool as **** to have a former player like MajorNine be a legit producer in the Hip Hop world with all these connects to that world and be able to interact with these recruits and put on for the hometown.

This is all good news. But my question is, why is there any debate about how hard you push for the #1 player in his class who is in your backyard and where you have strong connections? Are you implying that the coaching/recruiting staff may not go all in to get this kid?

Could he be the key to the end of the DE transfer portal yearly need?

No, what I mean was, schools like Oh St, Bama, UGA & LSU will do everything that they can to land him & I mean everything... His recruitment will come down to are we willing to go the distance or will we concede when it comes to doing everything...

@Liberty City El @gogeta4 Is the 2022 class the best crop of defensive lineman you've seen down here? I can't remember seeing this many 4 and 5 star DT/DE's locally
One of, I can’t say the absolute best as of yet because they’ve yet to have their Senior season, but in terms of pure talent the 22 class is arguably one of the most loaded classes at DE & DT in a decade.

Sounds like papa Diaz may need to get involved in this one.

Nyjalik Kelly is my guy at DE too out of Dillard, Dont forget about him
He committed early to FSU back in August, but I highly doubt he stays committed to them all next year.

He’s Jon Ford’s cousin & most of his fam is big time Canes fans, plus with Hickson being deeply tapped in the Dillard staff we can get whoever we want from there.
