Not thinking that’s a great fit with the Texans, unless Watson somehow remains there in Houston at QB. If he doesn’t the 1yr rental for them is going to be difficult on Jordan to do much in Year #1 until they can get a QB that can utilize Brevin’s talent.
They didn't take him in the 5th round to make a year 1 impact. He's a backup to Jordan Akins who will be gone in 2022.

TEs almost always take years to develop in the NFL. Jordan is young and raw. He will get plenty of chances on a rebuilding team once Akins is out of the picture. Not many teams where you can develop on the field without pressure or competition, compared to a team like the Patriots who took 2 TEs before the 5th last year and immediately replaced them.
