You typically avoid vaccines if you are immunocompromised and I believe with the type of cancer he had it was extremely dangerous to expose your body to anything even in the form of a vaccine.

Even if that’s not the case... he’s had multiple health concerns and nearly moved to an off field role previously. Seems logical

Probably for him and his oncologist to figure out, but no reason to think next season is going to be any higher risk than the one he just went through. It’s a stretch...

Agreed. Just more speculation that he was already close to getting an off field role initially due to health concerns. Seems like the appropriate time and environment to step away

You have to avoid live vaccines if you're immunocompromised. The COVID vaccine is not live.

Hey douche bag, before you open your mouth you should know what you are talking about. Stroud was diagnosed with terminal cancer 7 years ago and beat it. He had a stem cell transplant for a rare blood disorder and requires annual testing. He does NOT have AIDS!

What are you, a 40-year old living in your mama's basement eating cheeto's and playing video games all day?
