I've been there... It's a town in West Virginia that's on the border of Ohio and close to Kentucky. And not the bigger city parts. Everything in WVA is rural with a bunch of small towns spread out everywhere.

Huntington has Marshall U so it's better than much of that state but it's still in the sticks. It's culturally very different. A big step up to the big City but along the same path would be Knoxville.
