Richt loves power running football. That is his thing...Gurley, Chubbs, etc. big Olinemen and great tight ends. He doesn't have the players to execute his system and why I think we keep seeing the same 5 plays because these Golden guys Rosier and all the linemen except Navaughn are too shiity to execute or adapt his full ****nal. JMO.

He got close to the top. He has won a couple SEC conference and numerous division championships. Almost beat Nick 6 years ago and would have beaten Notre Dame if he got the chance. Rosier and almost the entire UM Oline would have not made his teams at Georgia.

So, Richt doesn't have the players to execute his preferred style of offense competently, yet he's going to keep forcing those same players to run a style of offense that they're ill-suited to run? Definition of insanity right there. A coach that's unable or unwilling to tailor the offense to better fit the personnel at his disposal would seem like the crux of our offensive struggles, no?

It’s not year one anymore. You game plan for the talent you have to execute the plays. Richt isn’t doing this.

Richt isn't going to dumb his system all the way down to fit inferior players. He is running what Rosier and the Olinemen can handle and its not a lot. These fools would not even make the squad while he was at FSU.

We don't have talent at QB and Olinemen to game plan for is what I've been saying. Richt is about big time players with big time game skills. He ain't dumbing stuff down for Rosier, Gauthier, Baloney, Jahir...They can't even execute the easy stuff.

So you're saying Richt is getting the most he can out of the talent we have on offense? JT, Brevin Jordan, Dallas, Homer, Perry, J. Williams, Donaldson, Scaife, Cager, Wiggins, Pope, Boulware, Mallory, Lingard, Harley, ect. to work with and he can barely squeeze 13 points out of them @ Virginia? Really, man?
You make it sound like there aren't a hundred other D1 schools out there that wouldn't kill to have the offensive talent at Richt's disposal. No, it's not the talent that's handcuffing Richt. It's the other way around.

Wait for guys with better skill sets and you will see the difference. Just look at Kosi and Rosier...two different QBs running the same shiit with two completely different results. The same will happen with the oline overhaul next year. Hillery, Scaife, Reed, Campbell, Gaynor, Donaldson will produce a different result with the same plays.

I like how you left out Rosier and almost entire shiity oline. Yes, all that wasted skill when the blockers can't block and the thrower can't throw. Haha.
 
yea just wait until Richt gets a team full of 5 star players who are good enough to overcome his ineptitude......that seems to be the logic of the Richt appologists.

Ok, let's put in Rosier. The God awful qb stuck with for a year and a half because he couldn"t develop the 4 star freshman qb (#3 ranked dual purpose an in 2016) sitting behind him to a level he felt was necessary to start him. The lack of development and the recruitment at the qb position is his doing.

Also, I guess you missed the highly rated offensive lineman I listed that were wanted by a majority of cfb programs when they came out. I guess Richt is too inept to figure out some combination of those players plus some of the other 3-4 star linemen on the roster to come up with some semblance of a competant offense.
Seems like your argument is that Richt needs overwhelming talent at every single position on offense in order to succeed at his preferred style of offense and that the reason he seems incompetent is that he doesn't have that yet. Sounds like an argument against his offensive genius if you asked me.
