1 transfer. The gaytors have 6 guys who won’t even make it to the first game in the most recent class lol. I love it.

But let’s stay on topic. It seems the 3 offensive linemen we took will make a great impact their sophomore years with 2 starting and I feel reed takes over for Donaldson after he leaves this year or next. Basically we won’t 3 for 3 at the o-line for 2018. Tight ends were basically a home run. Jarren looks to be moving right along. Backs should be great. Great class

It’s definitely going to be the foundation of our offense the next couple years. I’m excited to see what they do.
2019 complements it nicely with a defense heavy class. I know they didn’t intend to only take 5 offensive players last year, but still.

2 transfers now. But your point is accurate. UF and FSU are struggling keeping their guys on roster. Meanwhile, this class is holding together exceptionally well and is the bedrock for #TNM rebuild. It's time they prove their potential by winning on the field. Because if we land another quality class for 2020, it's off to the races. These guys could be the ones who jump us over that hurdle.

You know who this class opens their senior season against in 2021? Alabama, at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, GA.

That is going to be a **** of an opportunity to make a statement. IF by some miracle all of them return for their senior season they can pull it off.

Well done sir.

The two players who have transferred are just guys who weren't cracking the rotation. It's not like Richt was signing guys who couldn't qualify or guys who cause trouble.

You pull in classes like this one for two or three years straight and you've got a championship caliber team.

Smith was definitely in the 2 man rotation. Bolden would probably had pushed Knowles out.

This class will make or break Manny Diaz. Based on what we’ve seen from them in a small sample size and camp hype we can infer the following:
  • We have our QB for the next 2-3 years
  • Potentially two great RBs
  • A couple solid WRs with high upside
  • Two elite TEs
  • One 4 year starter on offensive line and two potential starters
  • A freak DE
  • Two solid DTs with upside
  • A solid LB with upside
  • A few solid CBs with high upside
  • A potentially elite safety
  • Our kicker for 4 years
If we hit of most of the above, which seems likely, we will be running the coastal and competing for the ACC title.
