Let's take a look:

  • Ahmmon Richards, 4 Star (Should have been 5)
  • Lawrence Cager, 4 Star
  • Braxton Berrios, 4 Star (per 247)
  • Deejay Dallas, 4 Star
  • Dionte Mullins, 4 Star
  • Jeff Thomas, 4 Star
  • Mike Harley, 4 Star
  • Evidence Njoku, 4 Star (per 247)

To me that has the look of perhaps the best WR group (on paper) that I've probably ever seen at Miami. This group could be scary good.

I can't think of a year that collectively had this much WR talent at Miami.

Thoughts?

The key point is on paper behind richards the rest are unproven

2000 team looks better:
Santana Moss
Reggie Wayne
Jason Geathers
Daryl Jones
Andre King
Andre Johnson
Anthony Johnson

We'll have to wait and see.

Braxton Berrios isn't very good, Cager had a torn ACL and is still a question mark, the other guys have massive potential but are also unproven. Also would love to see someone justify Berrios' production. I'm sure he's better suited for the slot but that doesn't explain 12 catches in a entire year.

Close... make sure you state "in your opinion" or you will get an infraction

2000 for sure
Andre
Reggie
Santana
That's 3 1st rounders
And other guys as well

The 2018 group will be the most talented group we have had in a while

Well We already know it wont be as good as it will be next year.

Losing Berrios and adding Pope, Hightower, Wiggins, another 4* guy.

No.

1984 Brian Blades
Eddie Brown
Michael Irvin
Brett Perryman

Most talented wr roster NCAA history. All 4 had at least 1 1000 yard receiving season in NFL plus atleast one pro bowl.

Next 2000 Miami Santana Moss, Reggie Wayne Andre Johnson.

U can make a list of Bama's WR roster of all 5 stars and it ain't **** compared to Moss, Wayne and Dre

??? How did u come to that conclusion?? when Brad was able to actually throw to Berrios accurately, he made the play, and has a very obvious elite skillset as a slot wr.

Towards the end of the year the conversation could get to that point if/when Lawrence Cager breaks out and our freshman start making plays, but I think the 2018 WR group could be the best ever at Miami once the next recruiting class comes in.

Braxton Berrios is the only scholarship WR that will be gone, that 2018 group is going to be stacked. Also dont sleep on Dayall Harris, he may step up as well.

Because he had 12 catches for less than 200 yards in an entire season.

Good work on this post. I just think that this list has to start with Eddie Brown.
