It really does look like this staff is literally pushing kids to commit, for job security reasons.

Golden is seemingly using the commits as a leverage tool for the Administration.

If I'm on the Board, i take these classes with a grain of salt...but you HAVE to hire the right guy if it comes to that. Not saying these kids arent worth the offer, but at what cost is it when they're "looking around" and just waiting for their REAL Dream School?
