- “I set my mind on this decision a long time ago ever since I was a little kid wanting to play football,” McCloud said. “I was always hoping to be at Miami as long as I can remember. Even though I doubt I’m going to change directions, it is just a verbal commitment. I could decommit if I choose to but I don’t see that happening.”

- “From a football standpoint, they’re coming up again,” McCloud said. “They’ve made progress already and I think they will make even more in the next few years. If there is one thing we've shown to be consistently good at is getting fast, mean linebackers. (Perryman, Grace, Owens, Paul, Figs, Eddie, Shaq, now this kid). Keep them in school and we'd have a heck of a unit.

all he knows is seek and destroy i like that. theres a lot of room for improvement in his technique though
