I really don't get this sentiment. They're virtually identical except for not having a stripe down the sides and them not being ****** looking mesh that just looks like *** or something poor kids in pop warner would wear. The colors are more vibrant and more accurate to the actual Miami colors than the muted colors of the original 01 jerseys. I'm obviously not the biggest fan of the 01 jerseys but y'all are lying out of your *** saying they're not close.
 
The green on the sleeves is a little too wide and needs more curvature. Might be part of the notable difference to comply if that jersey is Registered by Nike.

I like it. The fan versions never look as good as the final version we see on the field.
 
Only big difference is the collar, placement of patches, maybe the side pattern, pointed white stripe and the green shoulders look a bit bigger.

The problem with duplicating another brand's design is that it has the potential to look like a knock off... which I can see the argument there.

The camo one -- if presented blindly, by either Nike or Adidas for any school -- the majority here would cringe.
 
For all the chest pounding, alpha male energy around here, this place sure does turn into an episode of Project Runway in a hurry whenever the uniforms come up.

I never have opinions about the details beyond the basic color combinations. All the whining about trim and accents is just weird.

My big picture is this

1) Camo is ugly

2) Use green more often

3) White over white is boring

While I am ranting, I do not understand the fascination with "Storm Troopers". Aside from being boring, the stormtroopers are the bad guys. Literally the fascists in the Star Wars Universe. Not only that, they are the worst soldiers ever. Can't hit the broad side of a barn but go down at the least little tap. They suck and aren't what I want my team to be associated with.

But that is just me.
