George O leary - UCF

Steve Spurrier - USC

I just moved from Columbia I know Spurrier is a long shot... he can take a **** down the governors mouth and receive praise....
i have no clue about o leary but love what he's done at Ga Tech and UCF.

I know O leary is up there in years but he's someone James Coley Larry Scott or Hurley Brown could learn under before he retires. The guy knows his football and defense has always come thru... forget the bs that happened at ND. I'm glad it happened they'd probably have a ship under their belt if he didn't get caught with a fake resume.

Honorable mention - Jim Leavitt

O'Leary is getting old. Rumor in UCF land is he may retire after this season.

O'Leary kills players...No, not exhaust them, has ACTUALLY KILLED ONE during a practice. No Thanks!

I'd take Spurrier or O'Leary only if **** Lebeau turns us down.

Short of Jimmy deciding that he's over the Margaritaville type life and is itching to spend more time back in the hood recruiting kids, we need to cap the age of speculative coach hires at 63 or whatever Butch is.
