No, I meant 5-6 games in general.

I think Clemson is an L. I don't see any reason to believe it ends otherwise. Mario is winless at home against ACC opponents. After giving up 235 yards on the ground at 5.5 a clip (and that includes FIVE sacks to our credit), I don't see how Shipley and Mafah run for less than 150 combined yards...and it's probably closer to 200. Our front seven got exposed against a very weak UNC OL. They called ***** from the 5 min mark in the 1H until the clock struck zero, and we turned around and let them hit it however they wanted to.

Luckily Clemson doesn't have too many burners that could torch us in the play action game, but Klubnik is improved and I think he'll make enough throws to put some points up. Lackluster crowd, Clemson possessing a very good secondary.

We've run for 3.2, 3.5, and 3.4 yards per carry against our only P5 opponents: A&M, GT (LOL at how bad that is considering their rushing defense coming into that one), and UNC. Our run blocking and running game is completely trash. We're going to be one-dimensional again on Saturday, so better hope for the A&M TVD.

After that, 4-3 with 3 straight losses doesn't seem too hot. UVA and BC are trash thankfully, and NC St we really should win. But FSU I've got a loss, and Louisville coming to Miami after the FSU game is a terrible spot.

I said before the season started 8-4, and that's totally within the possibility of happening. But we have to win one of the Clemson, FSU and Louisville games, and I fear the same ol' Miami will rear it's head and quit on the season should we fall this weekend. Hopefully it's a completely different tune and we're 5-2 with two very winnable games heading into FSU.

its a diff staff for everyone but Cooper. guidry works with the secondary (this is year 1) and beard does the WR after gattis had that crew last year

I think the line is right for Clemson at 3.

I just watched Clem/Wake and Clem/Syracuse.
Klubnick is just ”OK”.
Lots of WR screens and outs.
They’re one dimensional. Make him beat us.

I agree we’ll have problems sustaining drives, just don’t give them the short field.
Hold them to FG’s, keep them under 20, maybe we could put 3 scores together with a break or two finally going our way.
A special team score works for me too.

Agree on UVA, BC, and NC St.
Louisville is us. They’re ND was our A&M. They squeaked by GT.
Who knows what team we’ll have/they’ll have by then.

No comment on FSU. Hoping for a classic rivalry game. That’s what I’m hanging on.
Them at Duke is interesting.

In was at 9-3 with the big-4 split and look-ahead L @ NC St.
I’ll stay there with a confidence level of 4/5.
 
Parrish fumble was the biggest ***** up of the game it started the foolishness he should’ve held on to that ball it’s no excuses lees a little more understandable but it’s still terrible then tvd not taking the check down man that’s 3 4 yards at min your not getting trying to be greedy it’s free sometimes take it keep the drive moving then comeback to the middle after setting it up

I look at the roster and I see one guy on defense — Bain — who looks like he belongs at an elite program. It really isn’t much better on offense.

Really think the guy needs to strike gold with a QB to have any chance to get to an ACCCG by 2025.

Who said we don’t have talent? Who said we’ll suck? Not me.

Yes of course they have talent. Look at who you lose - 8-9 DL, potentially 4 DBs, TVD, et al. While you do have some talent, j don’t beleive it will make up the losses we’ll take
