-18.5 vs clemson

I thought that their starting LG (#52) was going to be out or at least banged up.

Lucas being back would be massive

No need to rush him back especially against a team that can't throw well. We have a bye coming up and then FSU.
We got 2 more reports that’ll need to drop, but if he stays questionable through tomorrow… I think it’s safe to say he probably doesn’t play.

We shouldn’t need him I wish he was 100% already though I want Bryce to get some serious work in at his natural spot. He is an X factor on defense when he is being utilized to his talents!

Watched a bit more of Clemson last night and this morning. They play a TON of man coverage. A ton.

And I know they have better DBs than Stanford, don’t get me wrong. They have some corners who can cover. But the safeties look like they’re running in sand. The linebackers? Yikes.

How’d Stanford do in man against us??

Buddy.

@Memnon what do you see from this secondary? Because if they play man across the board, from my eyes, we are gonna absolutely COOK.

I really hope this game isn’t played in a driving rainstorm because if we get a dry football and can protect even a little bit, i have no idea how they’re gonna cover us a lick. LSU had guys WIDE OPEN all night. I don’t think anyone can play man against us if Mensah has time to throw the ball, but certainly not the vast majority of this secondary. If it’s dry, I don’t see any way in **** we don’t drop 35 points plus.

I need more of this. That tweet about nobody scoring in 20 drives is something. It’s easy to forget Heldt, Brown, and Hampton will all be very high picks likely. Just am hoping this QB stays as he has been and if so I love our chances at a 42-16 game.

Those 20 drives were against UNC and Cal.

UNC is 81st in yards per play.
Cal is 126th.

Miami is 7th.

Clemson has better athletes than Wake and their interior pressure will be tougher but I think Wake is a better unit.

Toney is a cheat code. I just don't know what you do with him. Everybody tries to shut down receivers in football but the really good ones, there's just nothing you can do. Ohio State without Jeremiah Smith is mediocre but nobody can stop him.
