Its people betting it down because they refuse to believe Clemson is that trash. They haven't watched them recently. They think its Trevor and Deshaun Watson teams. Like when we were terrible in 06 and people thought it was still 01.

Outside of the nutcase Clemson fans still living in 2019, kinda like Cane fans were living in 2001 they know it's going to take a miracle to pull this off.

Yet I scan this thread and see some of our own fans scared of Clemson.

Ya it’s annoying. That result was definitely an outlier. If that game were played on a neutral right now LSU still wins comfortably but not by that score

If/when we don’t look dominant in this game there will be people holding it against us until ND regardless of how we perform in the 3 games leading up to that matchup.

That only comes into play if we pizz down our legs and don’t win the ACC. Leave it up to the committee, and we get what we get.
 
See, everyone thinks Fletcher's production has been down but they've been sandbagging, looking for a good spot. He's been getting in light cause they're using a bug boy on him and the workouts have been unpublished.

I'll tell you this though. Mark loves the slop. Eats it up. Eats the slop. Born to slop.
 
I think we need to stop pretending Clemson is good. Based off of what, exactly? Their offense is basically Mark Stoops level predictable, they don’t have a QB who’s going to kill you throwing downfield and their entire identity is running for 3 yards and a cloud of dust over and over and hoping they can convert 4th and 2 by running a 4th time in a row. We have an elite run defense. Miami is their worst possible matchup defensively. Doesn’t matter how good your WR’s are if the QB can’t get them the ball. This team isn’t close to Wake Forest in terms of their ability to put you in tough spots on defense. Their offensive line is the around the bottom in terms of pass protection, and our D-line is just starting to come alive. They got 44 pressure against a Wake offensive line that’s definitely superior to Clemson’s. So those guys are going to eat. The line is high for a reason. Vegas didn’t make their money from being wrong a lot. Of course they don’t always get it right, but this isn’t one of those times. Pick Miami to win and pick Miami to cover.

They have some of the worst run defense in all of college football. If it comes down to just running the ball Mark will have an historic day against them.
