12 cents From Rellyrell

I get what you're saying there's a difference between elite talent and elite player.....that said, it's still early they better learn from this loss....then take it out on weak@$$ UNC....the coaching staff has to get our superior acc talent to show in the coastal... we should be able to out athlete every team remaining on the schedule...we at least proved Miami has more than enough talent to win the coastal....the D has its identity...it's up to Enos now...he was paid well to get us over the hump....we cannot continue to blame it on player personnel...the offense has to clean up that sloppy bull$hit..

Respect.

That said, to be fair, Trevor Lawrence wasn’t thrown in to the deep end game one with two freshman tackles AND a first time starting center on a team with 100% new offensive staff, new head coach, coming off a 7-6 season of complete disfunction, in a basic road game.

In fact, he didn’t even start game one against Furman. He was worked up to that point over several games.

If we see this kind of offense week 15, I’m with you, but it may not be fair to compare week 0 to championship game TL.

Agree; which is y I said Jarren can be the truth, BUT he needs help and we’ve seen how crowned guys get shell shocked w poor OL.

No lie, I can’t ever remember us giving up 10 sacks in a game. I think Kaaya got sacked 8 times, once; but I don’t recall ever us giving up double digits. Like bro, I’m deathly scared of this OL, and I’m not sure y we got away from making Jarren comfortable which was utilizing Brevin.

I’m not an irrational fan; I’ve been w this squad for 32 yrs now, but when I see concerns, I voice & hi-light them. The team was not prepared; and that’s OK....for now. But Manny did a whole lotta talking, bruh. So let’s see it be backed up week to week. I have hope, but that OL need mad help.

Exactly; Classic gave away the game, and that was also despite the chitty refs. That muff punt hurt like crazy though. Immediately became sick.

Disastrous. And 2nd to that was the back to back f’ing penalties after the pick. Because I figured Enos wasn’t going to max protect. FML.

FYI..UF had the 15th ranked Offense in the country last yr. We held them to 304 total yds, 50 yds rushing, and forced 4 TOs.
People who like you who literally just look at numbers don't get the whole story straight. Yes they didn't have a lot of yards but what's missing in that stat is their average field position start. One of the turn overs on our 6 when they were about to go up 14-3. And another on a wide open slot receiver down the middle where they went right back to later in the game for a 66 yard dart. They saw the defense was confused and out of place and went right back to it. We played average defense, not good and definitely not elite

I literally just watched the game again; and u ain’t never lied.
I just got done watching it again as well.

UF Returned their top 6 WRs, a 3rd year QB, and all their RBs, and TEs - with a PROVEN NC OC/QB coach. They got less than 2 yards per carry - and 66 passing yards off of one terrible tackling play.

They AVERAGED 45 points down the stretch last year. I don’t celebrate losses. I fugging hate the Gaytors. But, folks are going overboard with their criticism.

Quit talking last year , they lost then entire ol and starting rbs. They aren’t not good this year , last years was their Miami 17 fluke season. Total smoke in mirrors.

Talking football. You obviously don't know what you're talking about if you're attempting to say they lost their starting RB(s). Go take a look at the Michigan Bowl game and tell me who you seeing rotating in quite a bit on their OL. They lost starters, but they brought back some experience. Holding them to 300 yards and 1.8YPC was a good look for our D. And, we're going to get better.

I’ve forgot more about football than you’ll ever know numb nuts. I live in Gainesville , I know exactly what they lost , they lost majority their ol, best rbs and a lot on d.

That ol is crap and will be exposed more and more each week. They’re the most overrated team in the country and will drop four games minimum, bet dat homie.

Last year was fluke just like our 17 season. They got smashed by an average Mizzou team in their homecoming, Kentucky gashed then for over three bills while waxing dat *** and they should’ve lost to Vandys garbage ***. They got hot because the scheduled turned to ****. They beat Idaho , a broken down , beat up , trash FSU squad then beat a Michigan team missing all their best playmakers. A team who didn’t even want to be there.

That’s why they finished ranked decent , and why they started the year overrated like us in 18. They’re an above average team that got lucky majority of our key offensive spots are Fr.

Now don’t you fill dumb?

Now move along little boy, daddy’s finished with today’s lesson.

Oh and even their fans think their rb’s suck and have a big drop off.

I know most of you guys are judging based on a standard but that won't happen until we schedule SEC teams year in year out like Clemson did to build their program to an elite level. I wish we played in the Atlantic division so we can play against Clemson every year. I remember how FSU used to spank Clemson every season and they took it like men and learned from it. They play South Carolina every year, Auburn some years, as well as UGA to get a feel of what it means to play SEC teams. The ACC Coastal has lowered our level of play significantly. We're built like an Coastal ACC team, weak and inferior to the other big conferences and that's including the Atlantic Division teams. We have to get Bethune Cookman, FIU, FAU, and the MAC teams the **** off our schedule and I mean fast. The Coastal has enough cupcakes in it for crying out loud.
Did I miss something?

2018 LSU
2019 UF
2021 Bama

LMAO @ you getting all moist. You sound like a guy who would live in Gainesville. I know how the team played last year, and how they finished. It’s common knowledge. Watched their games against Mizzou, Kentucky, FSU, SC, and Mich quite a few times. No need for you to hyperventilate over 2018, Sparkie... or some superior knowledge you don’t have...

List the best RBs they lost from last year?

You lied and said they lost their best backs. Scarlett is the only back that left. Perrine was their best back last year. Pierce is still there. So are the others. Davis is still there. Clement and Wright.... Their WRs ( TOP 7) returned, and the TEs. Their QB returned with a proven OC/QB coach. They averaged 45(?) points down the stretch.

We basically had to replace our secondary, and 3/4 of our DL. We entered 2019 with 5 proven defenders/starters.

So, I like how we matched up and played on defense- minus the BS tackling to start.

Listen, McFly... i’m not arguing whether or not we should have beat them. Not saying they’re great. We gave them the game. I hate the Gaytors and all of your cousins in Gaysville. Doesn’t change the fact that their most seasoned skill positions all returned on offense - aside from one guy - we only managed 1 or 2 sacks against their holding asses - and we still held them to 300 offensive yards, 1.8yds per carry, and “forced” 4 TOs.

That’s a good defensive outing. We will get much better. No need to worry your little Sparkly self. You’ll see.

I think the combination of THREE Frosh close to the ball made us look terribly unprepared - in conjunction with a first year starting quarterback.

5 of those sacks are on JW. He’ll progress nicely. I’m not worried.

1 sack was a clear TD. Just needed Deejay and the Center to protect the gap. JT ate the CB alive.

Cam missed what likely was a 30-50 yard run. Delayed draw. PERFECT call. Tried to cut back instead of just hitting the seam. If you go back and watch Arkansas into 2015/2016, they hit the same draw for 60 to 80 yard touchdowns or huge gains.

Deejay missed a huge run in the first series. Pitch right. Sideline was there with no one but soft *** Henderson being blocked.

Tons of opportunities. We left a lot of plays on the field. Huge, huge gains. More touchdowns. I really believe we’re going to correct it though. I’m looking forward to seeing us play again in two weeks. I think we will be really prepared.
