Fans have glasses on so thick, that they can’t see rights in front of them. This agony everyone is feeling is self inflicted b/c they refused to understand this was not a simple coaching fix. Did u see the dog effort every player gave today, sans a couple of players, namely Key & Kam? News Flash: the make up of this team have not been good since 2019, & the culture of this program have been horrid since 2004.

you dont need five star first round picks to beat middle Tennessee. we got blown out by a garbage *** team. Mario should be fired if he didnt just get signed on a 10 year deal. you all crucified Manny Diaz when he lost to FIU in year 1. he didnt get the no talent excuse. **** that. im calling everyone out. I want the same **** to be appleid to this cafecito fraud.

I was caught up in the optimism, infusion of cash, early recruiting successes and just getting Manny out, and went for 9-3. Doesn’t look too good now.

Agree w/ u; this was DEFINITELY not on my L list, but it also goes back to my point I said in another thread: stop counting W’s & saying teams r trash. We’re not a good team. Mario continued to tell us what was going on. Losing to FIU, & seeing UNC put up historic numbers w/ many of those players still around?? Shiiiiiiid OG, ain’t nothing getting past this squad as a gimme W. Tyler looks like that guy who looked like a bust his first 5 game action, again.

It wasn’t even the loss so much that got me, it was this defeatist attitude that had me the most upset. Seeing that poor tackling effort from J Will had me livid, along w/ Ivey jogging back into the scene after getting burnt.

It take a little while to get these shoes tied up but I'm here. Not really sure what I watched. Can I slide to 9-3 or should I just go straight to 4-8? The last thing I expected was that L. That was an FIU level loss right there.

Painfully obvious that TVD has been uncomfortable since the start of the season.
And our LBers played like trash. Thank God for Kam...was my favorite recruit last class.

in hindsight, not trying to get the flashy alum out of Oregon and going after the coach begging for the gig in Oxford might have been the move

Well, that’s b/c til this day, only one P5 team ever lost to FIU which was us. MTSU has been a notorious bandit for upsetting P5 teams. Regardless, u’re correct; this was on coaching just as much as the poor effort by players.
 
This should be a 10-2 team but we hired a ****** OC and we let our qb act like a cloistered Fanook who didn’t build with his WRs during the off season.

true. I can get an upset here or there app state style. this was something else. this was not even being close. this was like we played Alabama lol

I had us at 9-3...and possibly 8-4...So I'm only calling out the peeps who were quite confident the last 2 days on their 11-1 and 10-2 ridiculous predictions. But I had no idea a loss would be to a glorified Div2 school.

Legit, like I said in the game day thread, the refs bailed us out. It was more less a 4 score loss w/o those favorable calls

I’m going to painfully re-watch this game. I had us scheduled to lose at least 3 more games, but not this one. Not at all. Especially after how we lost to TAMU, I expected way better
