Not defending mediocrity. Im being a non-bias fan. Richt was hired to make these calls himself not Blake James or the BOT. If he fails then they will then make the call. 9 wins first year, 10 wins and first coastal title/orange bowl birth 2nd year. This year was an abomination but I am also partial enough to see why it was so bad on O not even considering the scheme.

I agree with this 100%. Richt was hired and is paid to make the calls for the program. He is in fact doing that. If he fails it is because of the decisions he made, not what James or the BOT dictated. If he does fail and is canned. I hope the next hire gets all control as well. That's how it should be.

The team hasn't been a top 25 offense in any year he's been here. You understand that right? Richt would be forced to make changes if the school's AD wasn't a complete cuck. Richt has earned zero right to run a program without oversight.
 
Richt said the “open” position will be a defensive hire, he did not say anything about the upcoming opening on offensive side.

I do. Malik Rosier started and played in 13 games last year and started about 5 this year to then hand the reigns over to Perry. You understand that right?
