10th coaching spot will go to defense, no offensive staff changes

If you think about it. Our irrelevancy has gone on for 15 years. The last part of Shannon's tenure, Golden and now Richt's tenure cover about a decade. Now think about how many position coaches and/or coordinators have been fired during that time? There's your problem.

Not so sure about the Christian part, maybe selective faith, to wit:

Not even mad at Richt tbh. If I knew no one would hold me accountable I'd do the same.

He is a made man right now. Blake and the BOT still can't believe that they were lucky enough to land him and that's how they act.

Would not be shocked if he gave EVERYBODY on staff a raise.

When you break it down like that we could use a linebacker coach(not more than a true oc though that’s for sure....)

If we are hiring somebody it better not be someone like ******* mike zuckerman or **** dvd.... we need a recruiting upgrade... go get Michael barrow...

Not that I'm co-signing him not doing anything on Offense, DVD will be an upgrade on the trail.

Barrow's not going to come back to Miami just to be a LB coach. He's going to want an upgrade considering he's the associate HC in Seattle.
