Richt has the charisma of a door stop. That needs to be recognized by the BOT. Richt has zero qualities that would attract anyone. The game has passed him by, he has no energy & he looks like he’s been hitting the bong all morning long. Why would a quality OC coach under some underachiever like Richt? I’m sure he’s a good Christian, but he is a lousy coach.
