no one lol. not a single football or soccer team has an indoor stadium.

Seahawks, Washington, wazzu, Portland timbers, Oregon, Oregon state all play outdoors.

A roofless stadium in the Pacific North West is certainly a choice.
The Huskies are open-air too, but I don't recall seeing many Oregon and Washington games played in rainstorms or weather delays. I'm sure it happens. though.
