Can’t focus on just buying Oline. We need skill players and a better OC. Louisville isn’t buying every single elite Oline but they know how to recruit good skill players. That’s what we need.
 
This team was grossly over rated.
There are warts all over but we didn’t want to see it. Welp, season is over, so I can go about doing something else on the weekends.
This team is not making the ACC title game or the playoffs. I’m willing to bet any amount of money on that. We just got smoked by an unranked middle of the road ACC team at home under the lights AGAIN. Same **** different year.
Thought we had finally got past this BS but should have known better. This is modern day Miami football after all, only now it’s headed by a caveman.

We dont play Virginia. We dont play any of the teams currently unbeaten in the ACC besides SMU which will be a problem later in the season.

I have us losing to SMU and Pitt. Stack the box against our overrated O-line and force Beck to beat you. People keep saying that Beck is a first round QB type. I'm not buying it. In fact, I think Miller Moss will fare better in the NFL.

Anyone that doesn’t line up and try to go heads up with us will beat us or push us to the limit. It’s consistent for 4 years now

In defense of Heatherman (who you admitted was good) I think the players tackling was **** poor & kept us from getting off the field on multiple drives.

Meh. At least we don’t suck anymore. Cuban James Franklin is better than Cuban Manny Diaz I guess.

The bold is the only part I disagree with. Defense held up on two interceptions thrown by Beck in the first half. Created and recovered a fumble that led to a touchdown, and got the offense the ball back for their final drive. The defense didn’t have a great game, but overall did what was needed to win. This is on mostly Beck, offensive line, penalties and offensive playcalling.

Tonight if you haven’t already. How many penalties did they have? How many plays stopped at or near the line? We get hard ons cuz we have some flashy plays with a pancake or a pile push. But when the game is on the line, it’s a false start, a pressure, a run stuff. We aren’t what we’ve been told
