Just throwing this out there. She could have attacked him or was upset that he was kicking her out and she may have fell etc seen a case where a woman came at a guy with a knife and the wrote him up for pushing her when he was protecting himself. Even if she drops charges still think its a 2...

exactly, he could have gave her a pat on the back and the police would have said he pushed her if she was the one that called the cops.. wait for details of the truth before assuming

saw a report saying he pushed her, because she was preg the cops will say anything and HAVE to arrest him, lets hope he doesnt get charged.
