You may not have said but plenty of people made that part of the reasoning behind promoting Banda and Patke.....and if it wasn’t it makes the decision to promote them without conducting a search first even more inexcusable if that’s possible.

Always have to look for opportunities to improve. Maximize every opportunity. Believing too much in keeping the status quo is how things become stale.

I’ll just add one more thing since we are reaching for middle ground. Can we all admit that Richt doing his full due diligence and conduct a real search for the best DC available is the right thing to expect?? You might still end up in the same place but at least you have to try to get the best...
