Napier has always run a 3-back system, he did at ULL. At UF last year AR was essentially the 3rd back, but this year they don’t have a mobile QB, so the 100+ carries that went to Richardson will go to a RB. But that’s always been his system, RB’s get plenty of burn in his Offense.

Academically it’s definitely easier, but in terms of resources it’s the same. If BKells lost every big game at Notre Dame he’s less likely to start winning them at LSU.
