    Seems Holley (DT) is gone

Seems like it's consistently reported/viewed that he has the skill set to be a great DT but just can't put it together. Would be really nice if he took a big step up this year, as I'm high on Nesta/Ford/JHH.

LOL are you an alum? Marketing was a DG major at Miami for sure. And while overwhelmingly ditzy, at least they were predominantly hot.

I'd just say you probably had a weak finance department, because my degree was highly computational and put me into work with many people that graduated from Ivy schools. I would agree that finance degrees are much better suited as graduate degrees, because you can get and do most finance jobs...

Where did you get a finance degree from that it was "a joke?" You clearly didn't take a derivatives class with Thomas Sanders.

Any humanities major not based in critical thinking or math. I'm not saying Miami lets anyone skate, but those aren't exactly the most difficult disciplines at the undergrad level where you're not writing a thesis to graduate.

Mostly accurate, but honestly can depend on the professor. Some of those required courses, like world history or art history, etc, can be a pain in the ***. I'd also add that if you weren't a great student in high school, going to a school like Miami and jumping into English or math classes...

Ehhhh... marketing and management are not exactly super difficult disciplines. Finance, accounting and econ are a different story. Basically comes down to how much math is involved.

Accountability, by definition, starts with the person who needs to be accountable for his own outcome. It's college and the football players have more help than anyone else on campus. Go to class and study. If you're struggling, get tutoring and talk to your professor. Academically failing...

By "too many of our fans" you mean about 90% of the fanbase and about 103% of CIS. They all think it's a football team with a university attached to it. These takes are consistently ignorant to the point of hilarity.

Because this isn't North Carolina and the coaches don't go to class or take tests for the players. How is this even a question? Y'all are on this thread acting like Manny is getting a sociology major while being the HC.
