Trio of Miami coaches expected at Southridge-Deerfield Beach

The Miami Hurricanes will have three assistant coaches at the 8A state semifinal game between Southridge and Deerfield Beach this Friday. Southridge offensive coordinator David Cooney told CanesInSight that Manny Diaz, Ron Dugans, and Ephraim Banda are all expected to be at their game on Friday.

Southridge prospects that Miami is after include commits Billy Gibson and Dee Wiggins (2018), as well as 2017 safety target Antwan Collier, who could be close to receiving an offer from the Hurricanes.

Sources also told CanesInSight that Miami's pursuit of Deerfield Beach star Jerry Jeudy is still ongoing. Jeudy is an Alabama commit but Canes coaches have remained in contact with him through his commitment.

With him on board and our other ok targets and Mac this would be a program changing class. Like what jimbo did at fsu his first recruiting cycle.

Man I remember JJ catching TDs all day with that bama commit throwing to him in 7 on 7, this **** will be a legendary pull but really seems far fetched.

Him and another Tennessee coach were sitting with kenmore Gambles mom in the stands for 20 minutes. Didn't see him with any other parents.
