This is the first time (outside of the HS teams we played) this season that I don't look back at film of the opponent. I am a beaten man.

But, **** that. I'm not prepared to lose to Duke. Get it together immediately, Canes.

fist bump

Looking forward to seeing Miami take on Duke and leaving Durham with a W. Go 'Canes!

How far is the walk from the locker room to the field?

Did really need another thread about how bad we suck and how we are going to lose to Duke?

dont turn the ball over and D plays much better and canes win. Turn ball over on top of our already low TOP and another donofrio fest ll next week

Golden needs to show something this week, he needs to have this team ready to play from the opening kick. That pitiful, lackluster performance last week was shocking to see. The shine is beginning to wear off on him in my opinion, time to show that you can coach.

Golden has gotten our program through some tough times. The minute we let him go he will be scooped up! Besides that, we will be starting over with a new coach….are u kidding?? Let the man coach his team, and get things together. He has us closer to being back than our last two coaches easy! (Coker, Shannon) Things will get better, i truly believe that! []_[] gotta believe!!

Duke is currently sitting in first place in the division....... Is this real life?

A very successful CEO one said in a book I read (not verbatim) "the most difficult decisions to make in turning around a company is not knowing what changes need to be made, but relieving those that initially began the process with you". People like processes have a limited time span. Your organization must be able to adapt quickly not only from a process standpoint, but also from a human resources necessity. As times, technology and market forces change you have to have management that can better meet those challenges".

Golden is at that point. He has changed the organization, now expectations have changed and although he getting better human resources (recruits), the greater expectations and competition is beyond the abilities of his current coaches. Especially D'Nofrio and I'll say Coley. Coley does deserve more time, but D'Nofrio certainly has demonstrated his ineptness too many times to remain.
