As you said you’ve been down on TS from the minute he arrived so your take Is true to brand lol, I can respect that. My stance is more me thinking Gm’s and scouts will love him because of more than his CB play. I think he can be a good cb but there’s not many guys walking around at his size that can do what he does. Capable of playing multiple positions.

He played last year at 215 without playing outside since HS. Which is crazy in itself. The same guy who played immediately as a FR at Uga on a loaded roster. Regardless if it’s safety , cb or hybrid position hes perfect for the nfl.

There’s people outside the program with more football smarts than posters on a message board think that the first or second round is very much possible. Especially after scouts see him in person and watching him at the combine. On top of that he’s a high character kid.

Hes basically Antrel Rolle and from the same high school. Has been his comp since then as well.

He has a solid to good szn he is gone by 2nd round

Bring Enos back. Gattis sucks.

Enos didn't have much to work with.

QB-Jarren Williams-couldn't win starting QB job at a terrible USF program

RB-DJ was a solid Miami RB, but not game changing high round talent like an Edge, Portis, Gore, Mcgahee.

WR-Transfer from Buffalo came in and immediately became out number 1 WR by a margin. KJ is a solid player, doing well in NFL, but he isn't the type of WR Miami needs the will move the needle towards championships.

TE-Good there

OL-Complete train wreck, 2 freshman tackles

Some pieces, but QB play and OL play were too much to overcome for Enos style of offense. Bad fit for personnel

Enos favorite play was to have the RB run into the back of our OL and tackle himself. Over and over and over. :snoopfacepalm:

That, followed by calling really long-developing receiving routes and no outlet receivers when the QB only has 1.5 seconds to get rid of the ball because the OL couldn't hold up all game long.

Different WR’s work better in different systems.

None of the current WR’s were recruited to fit this system.

This system requires more precision in technique & mechanics in route running. The timing is a lot more of a focal point & the spacing is different, which means the onus to getting open & in your spot on time to catch the ball is more on the WR & not already baked into the system. The windows are tighter, therefore the propensity to drop the ball will be higher if you’re not already an Elite hands catcher to begin with.

Hence why the WR who has excelled the most thus far & has had the easiest transition was the best route runner, XR.

Between George, Brinson, K Smith & B Smith, it will take them some time to get more congruent with the Offense.
So what you’re saying is the receiver who we should be after this class is…………Andy Jean

Personally I am concerned that tamu and Clemson bully our receivers like Clemson did in 2020. Their secondary is dam good. And ladson is soft, key smith has done zlich, George is skinny and X is only one guy. We will fall into their hands if we try to ground and pound.

So you are running on one guy's opinion? Okay. BTW, most JUCOs need time to adjust especially at P5 level.
No I’m basing it off his tape he didn’t look like a Miami receiver lol d money just confirmed my thoughts

Whatever dude, off a 2-minute highlight tape. Let me give you an example of a Lackawanna receiver who took time to adjust. Ka'Raun White played with a kid I sponsored who ended up as a D2 all-conference first-team player at X. Ka'Raun caught 42 balls at Lackawanna his sophomore year. He got to West Virginia in 2015. Started 2 games and caught about a dozen balls. By his redshirt senior year, he caught over 60 balls and a dozen touchdowns. It took him a full year to adjust to P5 play. Maybe the kid helps us this year, but he definitely is going to have to acclimate to P5. Few JUCOs walk right in unless they are a bounce back who got their **** together when they returned to P5.

Typically I still enjoy watching Miami even if we lose (I always think we can come back)..... but Eno's offense was the only year I was truly tempted to turn the game off.

Such a horrible experience watching that putrid offense.

Don't forget the play action behind a terrible line so that when the QB turned around after the play action fake he already had DL in his face.

Why because he said a 215 WR (per his UM Bio) should move to TE because he is bigger than a 210 TE (per his UM bio). If anything it should be the other way around and Skinner should be at WR given he is listed at 210.

No because he’s slow af lol

Enos was absolutely horrible and I posted that he wasn’t a good coach or fit here after watching his post game press conference interview of the opening game loss to UF.

But from my recollection, Richt’s offense in his last season was an abomination 😂 we literally could not complete a forward pass most games. I turned those games off.
