I’m at the point in saying fucck you Olaf and go get Freeling who seems like he wants to be a Cane. Both have off the chart potential.
Perhaps they see Francis as a legit RT, and view Alinen as someone who could more easily slide inside to Guard. Of course, this is presuming Samson. I love Kinsler as a developmental Guard. ****, in prior years, he might have been our best OL recruit.

The name I heard today was Texas A&M.
Was hoping with their NIL rumors about them would hurt them.
I believe Olaus would be wrapped up with a bow if it wasn’t for an issue with him and not being a citizen. Bama can use their tactics to counteract Miami doing things the right way.
So we're trying to pay him above board and there are visa issues (probably like with Lou).

And Bama going the ole "bagman" routine with zero reporting and zero taxes.

I'd even say go as far as saying he would have been. No "Might" about it. At least for some time now

Appreciate the updates. Seems like there is a little more caution going around this board but that’s understandable considering we are now recruiting with the big boys. We’re not gonna land then all and that’s okay.

Bonsu Bryant and Samson out of these summer commitments to go along with who we landed at the beginning of this month would be massive massive massive. Personally not crazy about alinen. Wish we could find a way to get Aguero but his recruitment whiffs of SEC to me.

Interesting. Is there some limits with NIL and citizenship? I'm sure Bama is using their traditional under the table tactics.

Wonder if it's less NIL and more acceptance. In years past, accepting non-citizen students requires jumping through additional hurdles (i.e., paying tuition upfront). With a full-ride, I'm not sure what the backend hurdles are.

I've never seen Frankie Tinilau play, but people as close to that evaluation (and who can actually evaluate) as you can get seem genuinely optimistic about him as a prospect. That dude may end up our 6th OL this cycle. I have to slap myself in the face to confirm I'm seeing what I'm seeing.
