Pope, Austin and Williams are the top 3 but I understand Wiggins has to be apart of the class to ensure we land Pope. I'd also love to fit Schwartz or Moore in there.

Wiggins is in this class because he's a stud. He may be the best of them all when it's all said and done.

Yeah, I don't get why people don't think this kid's legit. Like he's some plan B guy.

TuTu Atwell DMoney ? I know your high on him.

I had him in my QB write-up although I project him to WR.

Atwell is extremely talented. If he gains some weight he can be an impact player.

i know it's a long ways out, but who do you see us landing?

Pope, Wiggins and I'm hopeful on Williams.

No Austin?

How could you be upset at a WR class with Wiggins, Hightower, Pope and Williams?

I'd take Williams over any WR on our board.

IMO Williams and Pope are at the top with everyone else slightly underneath.

That would be a dream WR class.

Austin's comp level is laughable and all Schwartz has is elite speed (hands are ok and his moves could use some work).

Would love to see Austin play for STA or another big program down here that actually plays real comp.

He's been the least productive out of all the guys we're recruiting and hasn't tested remarkably well. The notion that he's some can't miss prospect just don't resonate with me.

I think he'll end up being this years' Rodney Scott, especially if Pope goes elsewhere.

Wiggins is way better than Rodney Scott, the only thing they have in common is the HS they went to.

He may not be on the level of Williams and Pope, but think he is right up there with Austin (who plays nobody and dominates a bunch of small/slow kids) and Schwartz (who has elite straight line speed, but no moves and decent hands).

You know who else had elite straight line speed but no moves and ok hands? Deonte Thompson from Glades Central who went to UF to do nothing (we were all ****ed we missed on him back then too).

Austin won camp MVP somewhere here recently so he did well against top level guys too. You're Thompson comment may not be the best example either. You need to tasked into consideration who he played with, who was coaching etc.

Yes Austin won a camp MVP in shorts.

All of those camp settings favor WRs and a lot of the stuff done in those camps are not realistic in a game setting.

I'd take Williams over Austin in a heartbeat.

If we were taking 5 WRs this cycle then I wouldn't mind adding Austin to Pope, Wiggins, Hightower and Williams (if we can flip him).

But Williams is the type of talent that you hold a 4th WR spot open for down the stretch b/c he is that elite.

I would not just give Austin his spot until it is absolutely clear that Williams will not be a Cane.

Schwartz needs to be in this class, maybe the fastest player in the country. It's not like he's a fast ****** player, dude is a player.

With us looking to take only 4 WRs in this class, who would you take Schwartz over out of the following 4:

Pope
Williams
Hightower
Wiggins (Stud WR who also helps secure Pope)

Remember that Wiggins ain't going nowhere, so a list that doesn't include him is unrealistic IMO

Wiggins for me, but if Wiggins has to be a take, then I'd take 5

This is the deepest group of WRs locally that I can remember. Jesucristo, that class is 10+ deep with P5 WRs.

Hard to choose man someone getting left out

Sad thing is that I can pretty much guarantee based on odds and history that a couple of those guys we don't wind up signing will be stars who outshine a couple guys that we get.

That's bound to happen given the talent South Florida produces at the skill positions every year. I'm not too worried as long as we get whom we want.

The real problem last season was the OL and Kaaya, and a lack of effective play-action and RPO execution, not receiver. We had Coley, Richards and Njoku lined up last year. Sure I would have liked to have had Ridley, Calloway and Rudolph as well. But I think we'll get close to that type of depth of talent going forward. Just need a line that can block and a QB who can get the ball to them.

This list is insane especially when you add in the other studs in Florida (Hightower, Copeland, Watkins, etc.). Hope we finish with williams or austin

Still my guy for the last wr....especially if they don't go in on Austin or he commits to ND.

Miami needs to go on a full court press for Austin. In a couple years he'll be the best wr in the country.
