You do realize he basically got told to find another job after winning a state title? He also does not have the influence of beard does despite being a head coach.

Beard runs WR and DB camps as well. He knows a lot more kids than rocco

I hate Chumley and NoD, but if they follow this promotion of Beard to WR Coach with either Brown or Patrick as DL Coach and not the Temple retread from FIU...then that would be 2 smart moves in a row. I think that would be a new streak for these guys.

Lamar Thomas makes the most sense right now, that'll stagger Louisville's presence down here a little. Plus give us a quality coach that can also recruit S. Florida

I'm kinda disappointed in some of you guys. A whole thread and nobody has floated Fat Luigi from Alabamee's name?! I mean c'mon! Lamar Thomas sent his apologists in full force! Warren Sapp is unemployed too. I heard he can dunk a basketball. Corching up the wideouts can't take that much more athleticism.

Beard is a better hire than anyone realistic that'll be mentioned here. Effff Lamar. He sold his soul just like the "recruiter of the year/mediocre positions corch".

And banners have already started being put together to fire Beard.

Reporters stopped one woman (or wait is that a him) who was running down the street struggling to hold on to her abnormally large box of tampons and all they could get out of her was some rumbling about "mom changing the brand of chicken pot pies without asking" and "if he would work for Golden we don't want him."

I agree, forget Lamar Thomas. He forgot his roots from his time with the U.... At the end of the day KB should be an upgrade, unlike Carroll he's actually played the position and was pretty good at it.

If the change doesn't involve Golden....it's simply putting lipstick on an ugly crippled pig and trying to sell that pig as a competent division 1 head coach to a fan base that is fed up with this administrations incompetence.

This entire charade is just ridiculous. It's insulting to Cane fans everywhere that the REAL problem is not being addressed YET.

Wake me up when Golden gets fired or hit by a truck.

Sadly, we both know AG is not going anywhere until after this upcoming season... so in the meantime, I don't mind these kids receiving better coaching (and hopefully recruit a little better). As for the bold, amen & amen!
