Just win and all of this will take care of itself. No way I'm going to listen to a 2015 kids **** and moan this early...ample time for that later.

exactly!! we're primed for a huge season..it's safe to assume that public perception of the program is higher now, than it was @ this time last year & if we keep trending in this direction, then obviously recruits will obviously take note of that. no reason in losing sleep over a kid who's 18 months away from signing a letter of intent. focus on this season & the class of '14

I don't know what's going on or which individuals are to blame, but there is definitely a weird vibe around the relationship between Miami and this high school.

Too much assuming in these threads.
Too many statements with people sounding all definitive.

So far the only FACT is that the kid says Miami isn't recruiting him hard. There will always be two sides to a story.
Unfortunately we only hear one side of the story.
Still without knowing Golden's side you cannot reasonable assume what he would say/do for this specific situation. So anyone arguing for AG has missed the point.

That is not a fact. It is just a fact that he said it. It COULD be a fact.

Once again, the kids can talk all they want. The programs can't say squat.

  • Top 4 in order: FSU, Miami, UF, UCF
  • Says he loves it at Miami
  • Says he loves the school and it's the closest thing to him in S FL
  • Says his parents and family are Canes fans

If we don't get this kid I'm kidnapping Golden and sitting him in a room with University School's HC until they resolve this. We have everything going for us and he has FSU #1.

Sounds like all it would take is Al Golden to recruit him like he was the "#1 RB" on the board and he would be a cane..... we'll see how this plays out.

But the staff isn't recruiting him and Golden hates USchool...

I'm a big Golden supporter, but if it's true they're not recruiting this guy, that's unacceptable.

At this point I would offer the water boy at u school a scholarship so everyone stops *****ing

Look, Wilson should've been offered but he is not a no brainer, elite guy. Scarlett is. He needs to be recruited.
