Hah! Yeah, I did, just trying to help out fam. Perfect response, laughed my Richt off!

Fvck this sucks...

I may not be well versed on Defcon levels, but I'm a ******* savant when it comes to spotting ****** coaches.

We're right back at the end of Golden's tenure, except this one might last longer.

Does anyone know how or if the offense under Kaaya was drastically different? Kaaya seemed to play just fine. Had just as good or better numbers with Richt than with Coley

I guess you forgot how constipated the offense looked the first part of the season until the second half of the ND game when Richt scrapped everything he had been doing and with with more more varied paly calling (quick reads, passes on early downs, throws over the middle). People blamed Kaaya fir being a statue for why the offense didn't work early but it's clear as day now it was Wreck it Richt that was the problem. It's always been Wreck it Richt.

Stupid is as stupid does. And richt can't help himself, he's only doing what he knows.

If CMR is game planning for Duke's defense, by watching previous games they've played this year, than he is completely lost. Every team that has played UM this year schemed away from their traditional defense and loaded the box, daring Rosier & Perry to throw the ball. Game planning by watching opponents previous games is not going to help.

Signed,

Peruche

Somebody please tell Corch to run 1's vs 1's on Greentree. Let Manny have his way with our O and see if the play-calling still works..
I don’t understand why we do this

Malik and Perry cant run what he wants right now so not exactly sure why he thinks it is fine. Other than throwing in some motion and more bubble screens, I am starting to wonder if there is an easier offense to run? He runs a god **** HS offense.

Well I mean any offense is very limited with Rosier.. It is what it is. I do agree there are a lot of things he can do to get the offense more innovative but at the end of the day we are limited with our signal callers. If he was willing to change the offense for Kaaya's strengths he has done the same with Malik and Malik cannot even run at a high level but its better than sitting like a duck.

Jarrod Goff was the biggest bust in NFL history after year 1. Now he is a stud. The offensive play calling is garbage. Plain and simple. Kosi TD passes to Brevin are beautiful from FSU and FIU, the seams to Harley and Thomas are beautiful, the TD to Langham against UNC was perfect. How this kid isn't playing, and Richt building an offense behind his strengths is mind boggling. IMO, he is creating this fiasco based on not playing Perry.
Exactly . There is no reason not to play Perry. And the offensive struggles would atleast be more excusable under Perry as he learns from his mistakes. As long as Rosier plays this sht is self inclicted on top of the fact that offense itself is trash

I know you're right about everything else in that statement, but, please God, I hope you're wrong about that last part.

I'm no fan of this Offense but has anyone gone back and watched any of the games from 2016? Richt called a completely different game with Kaaya.
He didn't try to pound the ball between the tackles, he had Yearby, & Walton running out wide, Kaaya could read a Defense and was able to pick them apart. The offfense had a Rhythm. Wasn't always perfect but it flowed.
You think Richt wants to run this Crap? He doesn't trust the QB's. Let's see what happens with Perry once Weldon comes off suspension (there's more behind this, then we know). Everybody thought Richt was full of **** when he said Richards was injured!! The board thought that either Richards was suspended for his outburst in the LSU game or that he was transferring. Turns out the injury was a lot more than Richt led on.
Richt protected Richards and covered up until it was certain how severe the injury was, and maybe there's more to not playing Perry than we know

The problem with this statement is you’re leaving out the fact the offensive system was still garbage under Kaaya. Middle of the field was still completely ignored , which as I’ve been saying from day 1 is THE biggest problem with Richt’s abomination of an offense

Nobody hopes I’m wrong about that last statement more than I do. Alas , I have zero faith this inept administration will do the right thing anytime soon .

I agree with what he said... we lost to Boston College and UVa. No excuse to lose to those two teams that’s on the players. We would beat those teams the last two years with the same offense. I want a new offense but just as much blame falls on the players as well.

.

After Tuesday’s practice, head coach Mark Richt responded to criticism of his play-calling, saying that the offense simply needs to execute the calls better.

“I respond to it in that there’s nothing wrong with the plays being called,” Richt said. “What’s wrong is we haven’t executed well enough. If anyone saw what we’re doing, how we’re doing it, if the know football they know we have to do a better job of executing what we call… The plays have a chance for success if everyone does what they need to do.”

Richt said injury issues have led to Miami playing some younger guys before they might be ready, which is particularly true at WR with Ahmmon Richards medically retiring.

“We’ve had some injury issues that caused us to play certain guys, younger guys have more trouble being consistent than a veteran,” Richt said. “And I’m not blaming the freshmen by any means. But if you make a change, then all of a sudden this guy goes through his issues. The thing to do is everybody to stick together, keep working hard, perfect what they do and take care of their job and we’ll be fine. That’s the answer in my opinion.”

During practice, the team has been making corrections to certain plays that don’t work well on Greentree.

“The key is we’ll make corrections as we go, don’t say `too bad’ and forget about it,” Richt said. “The bottom line is we’re making the corrections every single day, every practice. … If there’s a play we don’t like we’ll certainly throw it out.”

So, are some play working in practice and then not in games?

“You can only rep so many plays against so many looks,” Richt said. “Every once in a while there might be a defense that wasn’t exactly what we had practiced against the scout team and the scout team can’t simulate perfectly the team you’re about to play.”

Does Richt see more mistakes now than earlier in the season?

“No,” Richt said simply.

Despite two straight losses, Richt believes the team has not fractured and is still working together towards a common goal.

"We’re together and unified, the staff is,” Richt said. “Everyone else seems to be in a tizzy. We're pretty solid in believing what we do. Guys are pushing toward the next game and the next victory."

Miami will return to Hardrock Stadium for the first time in a month when they take on Duke this Saturday for a night game.

“It’s going to be good to be home,” Richt said. “It’s going to be good to go play another team. Both teams are hungry for a victory now, both teams are 5-3, need a win. Looking forward to the battle, our Cane Walk and our fan base backing us up and giving us that home field advantage that is so crucial in these games.”

Of note, Richt said TE Will Mallory was not at practice today, as he was out with an eye infection.
Translation: we only run 4 plays...let's get those right.

Results are ALL that matters at this point. He can't blame the prior coaching staff any longer. That excuse has run out. He's got two 4 star and two 3 star QB's in that room, plus a 4 star that he basically told to go away. The only one he DIDN'T recruit is the one that he insists on starting despite poor results.

The two RS Frosh that he recruited are, allegedly, acting irresponsibly and can't be trusted and looking likely to transfer. We don't appear to have any solid targets at QB to add to the team in this recruiting cycle.

So, the only QB on the roster that he's willing to roll out there on game day was recruited by the prior staff. The QB's that he recruited are either inherently immature, or aren't being coached in a way that helps them mature, and can't get the playbook enough to be trusted to play in an era where freshmen and RS freshman are playing all over the country. We can't seem to find any QB in the next recruiting class that is worth recruiting who will listen to our pitch. You're right. Everything is cool, nothing to see here, man just needs more time.

There is no way, at this point, to spin a yarn about all of this that doesn't leave the arrow of failure pointing directly at Richt and his son.

They learning the hard way about eating these miami strippers' *** out.
No kidding. You need some sort of barrier to put on their asses before you bury your face in there. I recommend syrup or a quality grape jelly

You guys just DON'T GET IT, there is something wrong with Coach Richt from a cognitive standpoint. I do believe UM will be testing him.

Dude really thinks his jump ball, Peter Warwick offense is Golden. He’s so out of touch. What a pathetic HC. UGA’s garbage.

Right. If you are trying one thing and it has consistently failed, a smart man try’s to take a different approach to the problem.

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”
