LOL @ the idea of us hiring Trooper Taylor.

LOL @ the idea of us hiring Trooper Taylor.

I'd want it just for the entertainment on the sideline. He gets in such a zone swinging that towel around. Of course we'd get the death penalty in 5 seconds, but at least it would be entertaining.

Trooper can't coach for **** and can't recruit without money. No thanks. I doubt someone of Al's integrity would even entertain that idea.

Tell me one NCAA violation Trooper has committed. I'm ready.

He would get any recruit he wanted at Miami. It would be like a cheat code.

Hey, if we hire Trooper I'd LMAO at the rest of the country. But with sanctions hanging over our head it ain't gonna happen.

Auburn won the championship with Cam and no violations were committed. Did I miss something?

Yes, because Miami sucks at cheating. At UM that payment is a violation. We can't get away with stuff like that.

Yes and yahoo also says we paid for abortions. Cam was bought and paid for. His dad and Cam himself practically admitted it. You don't turn down a 180k offer from Miss St to play at Auburn for free. Come on pete

Cam Newton was suspended by Auburn and immediately reinstated by the NCAA, even though it was pretty much proven that his Pops asked Mississippi State for money in exchange for his son's services. The NCAA, in the face of so much smoke, decided that there wasn't a fire, and that Cam was innocent, since it couldn't be proven he knew of his father's actions.

:ohlord:

Not only did they relieve Auburn of the idea that they couldn't play him, or be found ineligible for any victories later on, but they did it in an immediately timely fashion. The question is, if it were Miami, would things have happened the same way? Well, the part of the NCAA that deals with the eligibility of athletes is entirely different than the part that handles violations...but still, 24 hours vs. going on 2 years.

Also, in the case of Auburn, the NCAA decided that all the smoke in the world doesn't equal a fire. In the case of Miami, they seem to be responding to reports of smoke with a can of gasoline and a pocketful of matches.

What i'm getting at is, because of double standards like this, I doubt the school can afford to hire someone like Trooper Taylor, even if it would put our recruiting into beastmode, probably starting with the commitment of Reuben Foster.

I'm with Pete, you'll are shannonized. LoL at the person that called Trooper a **** recruiter.
