I'm all about some Erek Flowers. Dude was my favorite recruit from last year and I predict he will be the cream of the crop when it's time for this class to be evaluated in 4 years. The line for All American starts behind him.

Gaines is still hurt, not sure when he's coming back. Paul has been playing in his spot.

With safeties, nothing in particular has really stood out. Rodgers dropped a pick yesterday but was in good position. Deon is getting a lot of burn as well as Rayshawn Jenkins. I personally like Highsmithh

****. i'm rooting for him and i know this is still early practice, but tighten up boy!!!

:ohlord:

At least he was in position and made a play on the ball. Just gotta work on his hands.
A Miami safety in position and making a play on the ball?!? ****, it´s about time...

Golden is saying this kid is another player this year and I trust him. The hands will come after he shakes the rusty...

Any chance of moving Kirby over to get him on the field sooner? Kid seems like a kid that needs to see the field but is behind one our best players in D. Perryman.

Kirby has been out there a good amount, he will get burn this year

Dewey is my boy. Have to remember he didn't get to do much strength training in the spring since he was still recovering. Good thing we got Morris here two more years. Dewey and Crow both got time to develop. New staff is supposed to be better than the old one in developing guys - lets give them that chance.

Definitely. My statement about me being surprised if either were starters here is a combination of the fact that 1-they have a lot of work to do (as do most freshmen QB), 2-I fully expect for Morris to hold down the starting spot for the next 2 years, and 3- Olsen is ahead of them IMO and hasn't stepped foot on campus

If hope, jenkins and dillard are contrbutors, golden will deserve huge props for his evals. Plenty of knowledgable FL HS folks said no way those guys play at UM.

Peter,
Are you 1) Sneaking into practice, 2) Getting the info 2nd hand or 3) Completely making it up?

Hoilett is already ahead of schedule...was expecting a definite redhshirt for him..now kid might see the field this year.

I'm on the Kacy Rodgers bandwagon....kid has bulked up...looks like a grown man at the safety spot size wise...can he get it down mentally and continue to get better with reps? right now he is our starting safety with VT which is good as VT is a long time starter and a senior and can communicate with him.

- Still think we will have a dink and dunk offense that will throw alot to te's and backs out of the back field...hope Walford and Cleveland are ready im expecting 40 catches + combined for the both of them.

Peter is as reliable as they come. Not making it up.

Didn't say he was. Just wondering how he was able to evaluate the freshman QB's. Aren't practices closed to the media/public except for the first part which mostly includes stretching?

What does Peter do with the team?

Pete, or D-money? Do you think Malcolm Lewis could contribute like Travis Benjamin did as a freshmen?
