In this edition of the CanesInSight podcast presented by CanesWear, I am joined by former Miami Hurricanes OLB Tyriq McCord. McCord gives an update on his football career and looks back at his time as a Hurricane. He reflects on the brotherhood of being a Cane and what went wrong for Miami when it came to wins and losses during the Al Golden era.

I also give the latest on Brad Kaaya and some recruiting news.

Hopeful Haskins gets to stay, despite Pete's concerns. He's been practicing while the team's in Miami, and he's a **** of an athlete. Think he could play a role similar to Njoku if he continues to develop. I think Pastor Richt gives him a hall pass after the break's over, so long as he kisses the ring. Contrition is a great tool to have in your ****nal. Learn it and quick, kid.

Poor kids realized the staff wasn't bout winning so they took on the I'm going to get my shine mentality. That's crazy. Golden and Co. Look worse by every stor told.

Nasty things happen on the bottom my friend, but i'm sure you know this already. Here's a little story, do you have your grease ready?

My junior year our center was getting destroyed by a NG the whole first half. Eaten alive every which way. Our OL coach at the time calmly relays the message to our center that if he doesn't neutralize this kid quickly he's going to regret being born. Well wouldn't you know on the very next series the NG goes limping off holding his crank. kid never came back. Next day on film you see clear as day our center, in the middle of a pile, reach out and grab this kid by the crank and balls with a kung fu grip and twist very hard. S&M story for sure, if you're into that type of thing

Good Old Micanor Regis can attest to bottom of the pile nastiness.
