It’s a chain. There was one in Macon, Ga as well until about 3 years agoIs Metro Diner a chain? My parents live and Jacksonville and they love that place but with the name I thought it was a family owned spot.

Same thing happened years ago with Sonny’s. When Sonny sold out it became trash. Nothing tastes the same , it’s like fast food BBQ.That’s my joint… not as good since they sold out though. The original owner owns a sport/trading card shop in jax now, house of cards or something like that.
