At least with Linder you could throw him out there and hold your breath.
You'd hold your breath because he stinks like a rotten diseased cvnt out there.

Yeah but he could've played center for us if the need arose, and it's one less body. It also possibly affects who's on the scout team considering we have one walk-on OL. I'm fine with it because he isn't very good but the better scenario would've included him being on the team and tutoring Gauthier, Gaynor and giving the defense a reasonable look on the scout team instead of Justin Goldberg.

What are guys ing about? It's simple, we need to keep NFL types and get rid of guys who can't hang.

I'm glad he kicked rocks because he was terrible. Our running backs were getting tackled in the back field almost every single play b/c of him...

This place has been quick to shoot down any concerns over literally every single one of the 16 early departures the program has endured since before the bowl game. Let's hope you all are right in insisting that there's nothing to see here.

All average players or backups that were promised a Golden shower... Richt is replacing them with studs and they're getting their feelings hurt. We need to move on. Ultimately, it means more room and better talent for the incoming classes!

Yes I know if a player leaves it's because he was average and his backup was better anyway. We've established that.

Losing Linder, Edwards, Yearby, Odogwu hasn't yielded us anything. It just means we'll be counting on these new kids earlier than expected, which isn't exactly 100% ideal.

We're pretty thin at RB, DT, TE when we could've had more options/competition.

The only way losing those players is a good thing is for the long-term betterment of the culture, but it sure isn't helping us in 2017.

Well, you must be wrong, because Dannyboybrock and Cane 1968 (falsely) assure us that we'll be able to sign 30 guys this year with all those guys leaving.

Aren't you the guy who always makes a list of guys who should transfer or get kicked off the team?

If there's a guy on the roster who we should want to transfer, it's Linder. He's maxed out his ability and isn't going to suddenly get better as a senior. I'd rather have a younger, developmental guy taking a roster spot than a dude who's best isn't nearly good enough. He's hit his ceiling.

Problem is that we struck out at RB and TE recruiting, and were already in position that we would need to depend on several true freshmen throughout the depth chart (including QB, OL, DB, WR).

Losing guys like Yearby, Edwards, Jenkins, Odogwu, Linder doesn't give us any additional flexibility in recruiting for 2018 and is a detriment.

Losing guys like Mayes, Henley, Knighton, Loftus..yeah who cares.

Someone remind me why Haskings was in the Rick house and decided to leave?

I can't be assed to go dig it up.

**** this quitter! Hopefully his sholly gets pulled effective immediately.

So what exactly is your point? All we all supposed to rush to the nearest bridge and kill ourselves because three proven guys decided to go to the NFL, the rest were mediocre. I get that you want to be pessimistic prior to the season starting, for some odd reason but seriously???

The Yearby/Edwards fiasco does suck. Not sure how the **** that happened when one of them would have certainly gotten significant carries this year had they stayed.

Odogflu and Linder quit because they lost their starting positions to better players. I don't want quitters around this team anyway. Maybe if disaster strikes and we need third team centers or tackles, I'll look stupid for saying so but I'm cool with these quitters not suiting up in the Orange and Green this season.

Haskins was part of the Magnificent Seven who were caught drinking that wine and smoking them tweeds in a car last summer.

Irving
Wright
James
Haskins

only one who remains on the team is an overweight entitled rich ******* who is also on his way out.

I didn't think Linder was good enough on this level, but I am thankful for all he did for the U, Good Luck Nick.

Apologies for my pedantic nature, but that's only 5.

Heres why this is a puss move.. Kehoe gave this kid a ship because of the make up of the kid and his family.. we all were ok with it.. didnt have many major offers.. and now hes going to diss the program (4 weeks until game day) after we gave him a life line... **** that

ah, everyone has to do what they feel is best for them. I don't see people getting upset for players when coaches have conversations that let them know they won't play much if they stay and thus may be best to look elsewhere. Can't have it both ways. Wish him well, he played hurt alot and was serviceable.

Honestly, this is just losing quantity over quality. Sonny is a bigger loss than Linder and neither was up for an Outland Trophy.

You snitched, and our Gata Overlord band you for it.

Instead of trying to justify your femininity, just accept it and own it.

Like you did when you quit a board over rep?

Ouch. So he's pounding his chest about being ruled by a gator and he quit a board because he was getting downvotes? Now, he's taking runs at a lifelong hardcore Cane, Medley, because Medley was looking out for UM's interests by telling D$ about some dope trying to get himself over publicly with recruits? That's a litany of fail right there.
