The road to Omaha resumes on Friday. The game dates and times for the Super Regionals have been announced. Miami will take on Louisville in a best-of-three series starting on Friday, June 6, at 3 p.m. ET at Jim Patterson Stadium. The second game is scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. The first game will be broadcast on ESPN2, while the second game will air on ESPNU. If a third game is necessary on Sunday, the time and TV channel will be announced after the second game.

The winner of the series will advance to the College World Series in Omaha, which begins on Friday, June 13. They will face the winner of the Corvallis Super Regional, Florida State vs. Oregon State.

Louisville was ranked as the No. 2 seed in the Nashville Regional. They went with a perfect record of 3-0 to move on to the next round. In their NCAA Tournament opener, they defeated the third-seeded East Tennessee State with a score of 8-3, then pulled off an upset against the top-seeded Vanderbilt, winning 3-2. Finally, they secured a 6-0 shutout against the fourth-seeded Wright State in the regional final.

This year, Louisville has a record of 38 wins and 21 losses, while Miami stands at 33 wins and 25 losses. The Cardinals have a postseason record of 37 wins and 10 losses when hosting games.

Can the Hurricanes return to Omaha since their last appearance in 2016?
