The Miami Hurricanes maintained their No. 5 ranking in the Associated Press Top 25 poll following a 45–3 victory over Bethune-Cookman. This dominant performance solidified their ranking after a previous jump from No. 10 to No. 5 following the 27–24 win over Notre Dame.

Miami's upcoming opponent, the South Florida Bulls, has made a significant jump into the rankings at No. 18 after picking up wins over Boise State and Florida.

So #5 vs #18 on the CW? 🤢
Unfortunately, the game slot was all but fixed! ABC/ESPN refused to flex the game to 12:00pm, 3:30pm or 7:00/7:30pm! The biggest game next week is A&M at ND at 7:30pm on NBC/Peacock! I have sneaky suspicion, this game will be top 5 in rating, even on the CW! People are going to want to watch USF! The only problem, CW doesn't have live tv app! Most people have smart tv now! They don't have a tv antenna on their house! I do! I still watch local live tv specifically for the live NFL games and college games on local ABC, NBC, CBS, CW and Fox! When, I get internet issues, I still can watch live tv games!

CW is on streaming services.......stop with this narrative.

First of all, everybody isn't paying for the streaming services, IE, Spectrum, YoutubeTV and etc! These live tv apps keep getting higher and higher! I just got rid of Disney plus myself! Second, I mention having a antenna to watch local tv, in which, everybody has local CW on live tv!

It’s not on mine… supposedly I could get it over the air and bought and antenna but it wouldn’t pick up that station. My plan is to get the free 5 day trial of Hulu live tv.

Where are you located? I'm in Clearwater/Tampa Bay! I pick up CW with a strong signal!

Illinois #9?

Undeserved but better than another SEC school getting into the top 10. Heck, FSU right there means we’re playing 4 top 20 including 2 top 10 teams in 5 games. The schedule certainly didn’t look like that a couple weeks ago.

I thought they looked good. Very methodical and disciplined. Duke ain’t bad. I really thought Duke had a chance but Illinois just grinded them up slowly.

Almost 1/2 the top 25 are SEC teams. That’s conference does not look good this season. There’s an argument to be made that the ACC has looked better so far. 3 vs 12 is crazy.
