Miami basketball has kicked off their summer workouts today. As we await the summer workout videos or pictures on the Miami Basketball Instagram page, there's more recruiting news to share: Miami basketball has extended an offer to 2027 five-star point guard Cayden Daughtry.
Daughtry announced the offer from the Miami Hurricanes coaching staff on his Instagram, stating, "Blessed to receive an offer from Miami University @caneshoops."
He is a standout from the class of 2027 and has recently received numerous offers, including from Miami, Florida State, Ohio State, Georgia, USC, and Ole Miss. The 6-foot guard averaged 20.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game while playing for OTE with Fear Of God Athletics.
This past weekend, the Hurricanes' coaching staff observed him at the Top-100 camp, where he showcased his skills, as you can see in the video below:
