Another day, another Miami player enters the portal...

This time, it's Miami junior linebacker Malik Bryant who has chosen to enter the transfer portal for the benefit of himself and his family. Bryant had limited playing time with the Hurricanes, recording a total of 19 tackles over his three seasons at Miami.

Reports suggest that Missouri is the team to keep an eye on in this situation. He has entered the transfer portal with a 'do not contact' label attached to his name, indicating that he likely already has a destination in mind.

This season, Bryant played in just four games, making two tackles. He also played in only four games during his freshman year in 2023.

As part of the Class of 2023, Bryant was a four-star recruit from Orlando, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He was ranked as the No. 42 overall prospect in the state, the No. 23 linebacker in his class, and the No. 198 overall prospect in the entire class.

It is personal to him so I am wise enough to ignore what isn't my business. He is allowed to have an opinion. I think most anyone of us in his shoes might feel the same. Let's not forget he is a young man. I wish them well. I wish his Dad well, as well.
